Ode to (well I don't really know)

Ode to chocolate
the brown goodness,
flavors swirling in my mouth,
filled with caramel,
peanut butter,
anything you can think of,
even cockroach cluster.
A piece of heaven on earth,
if there is one thing perfect,
on this imperfect world,
its chocolate.
Ode to toilet paper,
you are probably thinking,
why toilet paper?
because of its softness,
and its warm vibe,
you can deny the feeling,
of being home,
when feeling your toilet paper,
everyone has one toilet paper,
that they like the most,
because of a certain characteristics,
maybe its texture,
or the little hearts,
and diamond patters,
so I dedicate this verse,
ode to toilet paper.
Ode to feelings,
would it really be life,
worth living,
with no feelings,
no way of knowing what is what,
never getting the whole experience of life,
like a statue,
just there to be admired,
seen,
take picture with,
but not treasured,
carressed with love,
oh what a horible life,
not even sure if it is called life,
just a speck of nothing,
thank god for feelings,
so I say,
ode to feelings.
Ode to feathers,
the different colors,
so vibrant,
and overwhelming,
in a good way,
making life fun.
Just looking at it on a peacock,
or any type of word,
just makes me want to stroke it,
ode to feathers.

Random Truth

Grades/ Tests: Ok people I know that tests and report cards are a pain in the butt, but the most annoying thing about tests and grades are that it makes people feel stupid. I don't think that tests and grades tell you if you are stupid or not. I don't even think that they are very accurate. I think that the school boards should find some other method to test kids knowledge, because tests and grades just get students over stressed and makes them feel stupid when they are not. This really is bad espeicially if you have a very paranoid parent, no offence.

Death Is Not Pointless: I really don't know why some people think that death is pointless. It is not; it is far from that. Death is the reason we live. If there was no death then there is no point to live. People live their lives because they know that it is going to end one day. So they do all they want to do before that day comes. In a way, death is a good thing. Who knows what it will bring? Maybe, you are tired of life or you have the worst life. Death would probably give you a second chance to do things all over again. In my opinion, death gives everybody a new prespective in life.

Afraid of the dark: I don't think that the dark is scary at all. I mean I understand why little kids might be scared, but some adults are scared too. I think our fear of the dark makes as vulnerable. If we weren't so afraid of the dark then cruel people wouldn't use our fear against us. I think that our fear of the darkness comes from our childhood. Many parents tell their little kids about bad creatures in the dark. I know that they didn't mean anything bad, but our fear kind of grew with us.

Dealing with Stress+

I know you probably think that this is another corny article trying to get teens to be healthy. No, it is not. I really don't have anything to do with that. I just wanted to give you guys some tips on how to deal with stress ,because believe it or not being a teen is hard with tons of stressing matters. I want to help with that, because I have found some activities to help with that. They are not boring or anything and some of them only take a few minutes. They are also a whole lot better than sliting your wrist or doing something stupid like that. Ok?

Tip #1: Shouting in your pillow. I know people say that punching your pillow helps and I tried that but it didn't really work for me. Maybe it works for other people, but it doesn't for me, so I changed it a little bit. Instead of punching your pillow, scream in your pillow. That really helps me if it is a minor stress or I am mad at my parents or my siblings. You know when you are so frustrated or annoyed that you want to scream your head off? Yea, well that is when this tip comes in handy.

Tip #2: Boxing. It might sound very violent but it doesn't have to be that way. Boxing helps if you have a constant stress everyday. You don't have to hit anybody. You could probably buy those things where you hang them and practice boxing. That helps a great deal. It not only helps with stress but also anger managment. Insted of beating up people and get in trouble for them, why not box on those things?

You know stress is not all bad. In fact, it keeps as going. If you have little stress then it helps you accomplish your goals, but most people blow it all out of proportion. Most people tend to stress for the smallest thing. So my last tip is don't over stress, some things are not even worth worrying over.
